(110 working days):

 Qualifications and skills:
  • Education: At least a master degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant, directly related discipline (e.g. information systems, financial management, audit, or equivalent subject area);
  • Alternatively, an equivalent professional experience in a related field of at least 5 years – in addition to the professional experience required below – could replace an advanced degree;
  • Qualifications: The Expert must be fully proficient in the use of common word and data processing programs;
  • Language skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English;
 General professional experience:
  • At least 12 years of professional experience in information management systems or financial management;
 Specific professional experience:
  • Professional experience in support to public financial management and more specifically in public service reforms;
  • Demonstrated professional experience with reform of payroll systems in at least two countries; experience in Alesco is a must;
  • Professional experience in developing countries; professional experience in the Pacific will be considered an advantage;
