Sici Dominus ha prestado asistencia técnica a entidades locales en la elaboración de 5 proyectos, que han sido aprobados en el marco del programa de empleo, educación, formación y economía social, del Fondo Social Europeo plus (FSE+) en la categoría de regiones menos desarrolladas. Esto supone el 20 % del total de todos los proyectos aprobados, con una ayuda concedida de 15.401.287,42 €.
Asimismo, nuestra empresa ha redactado también la propuesta que ha obtenido la mayor puntuación en la convocatoria 100/100 puntos.

SICI Dominus is excited to announce our new project awarded under the Framework Contract (FWC) SEA 2023 – Lot 6: Macro-economic analysis, Fiscal policies and budget support.

We will be working on the MEDIUM-TERM DEVELOPMENT PLAN IV BASELINE REPORT.

The objective is to assist the EU Delegation to Papua New Guinea by providing baseline data for the State and Resilience Building Budget Support (SRBC) programme. This includes policy analysis of the Medium-term Development Plan IV (MTDP IV) and relevant sub-sectoral policies in three key sectors:

  • Forestry-Climate Change-Biodiversity
  • Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH)
  • Good Governance and the Rule of Law

The output will be a comprehensive baseline report evaluating the strengths, weaknesses, and credibility of the MTDP IV framework.

We look forward to contributing to Papua New Guinea’s sustainable development through this project thanks to the FWC SEA 2023 of the European Union.

SICI DOMINUS HA SIDO ADJUDICATARIO DE UN NUEVO PROYECTO EN PAPUA NUEVA GUINEA

SICI Dominus anuncia la adjudicación de un nuevo proyecto bajo el Contrato Marco (FWC) SEA 2023 – Lote 6: Análisis Macroeconómico, Políticas Fiscales y Apoyo Presupuestario.

Trabajaremos en el INFORME BASE DEL PLAN DE DESARROLLO A MEDIO PLAZO IV.

El objetivo del proyecto es asistir a la Delegación de la Unión Europea en Papua Nueva Guinea proporcionando datos básicos para el programa de Apoyo Presupuestario para la Construcción del Estado y la Resiliencia (SRBC). Esto incluye el análisis de políticas del Plan de Desarrollo a Medio Plazo IV (MTDP IV) y las políticas sub-sectoriales relevantes en tres sectores clave:

  • Cambio Climático y Biodiversidad en Silvicultura
  • Suministro de Agua, Saneamiento e Higiene (WaSH)
  • Buena Gobernanza y Estado de Derecho

El resultado será la generación de un informe base integral que evalúe las fortalezas, debilidades y credibilidad del marco del MTDP IV.

Esperamos poder contribuir al desarrollo sostenible de Papua Nueva Guinea a través de este proyecto Gracias al Contrato Marco SEA 2023 (FWC SEA 2023) de la Unión Europea.

Last week, SICI Dominus participated in the first consortium meeting of Lot 6 – “Macro-economic Analysis, Fiscal Policies, Budget Support” within the SEA 2023 FWC, that took place in Aalborg (Denmark). We are looking forward for a smooth and fruitful cooperation within this new phase of the FWCs, where we are participating in 3 new LOTs.

SICI Dominus has been working since 2009 in 11 LOTs EC Frame Work Contract.

EC FWC Beneficiaries 2009: Lot 5 – Conferences and Lot 7 – Governance and Home Affairs; EC FWC COM 2011: Lot 1 – Studies and Technical assistance in all sectors; EC FWC Beneficiaries 2013: Lot 11 – Macroeconomy, Statistics and Public finance management. Regarding the last FWC SIEA 2018 period, SICI Dominus has been working in 4 Lots: Lot 1 – Sustainable management of Natural Resources and resilience, Lot 3 – Human Rights, Democracy and Peace, Lot 4 – Human development and safety net and Lot 5 – Budget Support.
