Education Sector Public Expenditure Review (PER) in Greenland, aiming to enhance the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of public education spending. We are assembling a dynamic team of professionals to lead this important mission and are currently looking for qualified experts in the following areas:

• Economists To lead fiscal and macroeconomic analysis, assess expenditure sustainability, and evaluate the economic impacts of education spending.
• Education Specialists To analyse education sector investments, service delivery models, and the alignment between spending and learning outcomes.
• Public Finance Experts: to assess budget execution, public financial management (PFM) systems, and offer recommendations for stronger fiscal discipline.
• Data Analysts / Statisticians: to carry out expenditure tracking, variance and efficiency analysis, and prepare clear visualizations of findings.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Experts: to lead consultations and ensure recommendations are inclusive, participatory, and well-communicated to all stakeholders.

Language skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Danish is an asset. At least one team member must be fluent in Greenlandic (Kalaallisut).
